Cons
There are many, but I can think of below right now: - No off on Saturdays. So you can hardly plan any weekends - Only 16 yearly leaves, so you cannot plan good vacation - No PF - Medi claim with very less amount of cover - No Maternity policy. So if you become pregnant, company ask you to put resign - No use of HR people. They blindly follow management in spite of any wrong decisions - No use of Management. They really don't care of employees and their future. They are just worried about numbers - If you join operations/contracting/accounts, they can ask you to come for work on Sundays/Holidays. So be prepare as they don't care of your personal life - No appraisal are happening on time. They have not given appraisals/increment to many employees without any reasons - There are hardly few promotions happening, otherwise they are not bother if you working on same level since years - Unnecessary putting restrictions on breaks - High attrition. No buddy willing to stay long here - Old people are leaving organisation - Lack of patience level in management, they can take any worst decision any time without thinking the negative outcome - Lack of maturity level in management, they really don't visualise things from employee level - No flexibility on timings. If is raining heavenly but they still expect employee to come on time - They force employees to put positive comments on glassdoor, so that new employees can be attract - They are trying to get paid awards for "Best Employer of the Year" so that new candidate can be attract - But still they are not getting candidates with good quality
