Pros

The culture is supportive and positive, so I manage to stay motivated most of the time. The company gives its people the tools and training they need to succeed. Making reservations may seem easy from the outside, but there’s a lot to learn about hotel brands, guest expectations, and reservation strategies.

Cons

A remote setup can be great, but it's definitely not for everyone.
