      Pros

      Great people but the good ones leave after a short time.

      Cons

      Family-run business. No room for advancement. Management is non-existent as they are always on vacation and do not communicate effectively with staff. Raises are dismal, if even existent. Compensation package is poor. No 401K, profit sharing, etc. No sick days!!

      Private family run. Good benefits. Good environment with good coworkers and management.

      Cons

      Limited parking at building, although lots in town and street parking.

      - lots of experience in a short amount of time - friendly coworkers - monthly bagel and pizza days

      Cons

      - old-fashioned management - limited support for newer employees - low pay - limited opportunities for growth
