      Pros

      Family run, you can speak to the people in charge. Great environment to learn the business. You wear many hats as needed.

      Cons

      Family run, no structure. Irregular reviews. Infrequent raises, low benefit package, low potential for growth. Heavy workload and often short staffed.

      poor communication, poor compensation package

      Pros

      Great people but the good ones leave after a short time.

      Cons

      Family-run business. No room for advancement. Management is non-existent as they are always on vacation and do not communicate effectively with staff. Raises are dismal, if even existent. Compensation package is poor. No 401K, profit sharing, etc. No sick days!!
