Good work environment overall, the people I worked with were wonderful

None that I can think of other than when people didn’t tip

Great work environment and a friendly team. Not a rigorous work schedule even for full time employees. It's very easy to work with managers/employees to get covers for shifts and time off. Super flexible in every regard.

You have to put in hours for it to be worth it. If you don't build repour with management, you won't get the good shifts, or trust to work big parties, which in turn GREATLY affect your salary.
