Pros
Many fellow colleagues are generally pleasant and knowledgeable.
Cons
- Some five-star reviews may reflect early impressions rather than the long-term employee experience. During the first month, the company provides significant attention and support (this is exactly when you are normally asked to write your Glassdoor review). Then that level of engagement appears to decrease. - There is no paid sick leave, and the benefits package is limited. While the compensation structure may initially seem competitive, the overall benefits offering is minimal. - Commission and bonus payouts differed from initial expectations. - Workforce reductions appear to occur periodically and often close to commission payment cycles. Several employees who were recruited from stable positions with expectations of long-term collaboration were separated from the company within a few months of joining. - Time-off policies are very restrictive. Employees must accrue leave before using it, and flexibility in scheduling time off is limited. - Overall, very short-sighted management style and business outlook.
