      Pros

      Patient with you when learning. People are nice most of the time. I didn't have issues with my direct co-workers. If you're in the office the owner will buy you lunch on Friday's which is a nice gesture. Health benefits are great.

      Cons

      Imply that if you don't work long hours or over the weekend for free you don't care about your position in the company. No formal structure or HR when there are issues they are dealt with informally. A lot of the time on calls with the team it was a lot of he said, she said if something went wrong. Most of the time it was easy to feel inadequate.

      High octane startup vibes. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow and have a direct impact on building a business focused on reducing barriers between patients and care. EXCELLENT healthcare plan. 401K recently added. Free lunch as a team every Friday.
