You can see people from tredence getting good opportunitys from bigger firms, especially walmart, Flipkart,Amazon etc,, Which itself speaks that you get to learn a lot. 3)Flexible work options(ofcourse you will have to slaugh when ever there is a need, It is pretty common in the corporate world. 4)If you are looking for 9 to 5 job, this is not the place, better not to join, But if you are some one who wanted to make career, Who wanted to learn, this is the place. In simple words work hard and play hard. 5)I think one of the few company's who has provided ESOPS, for all the employees. 6)Good inhouse found, three times, where we can save lot of money.
