Pathetic Work Culture - Business Analyst Tredence Employee Review

1. EVERYTHING. Don't trust the positive reviews. They are mostly written by some HR, since there are so many HRs in this company. 2. Most of my colleagues whose profiles are of BA, don't get to do a BA's work. This company makes you do a SE's work and you end up working as a mediocre SE with slight knowledge of this and that and no knowledge of data analysis. 3. Long working hours. Some days you'll have to work for 15-16. 12-14 hrs everyday is a minimum here. 4. They fired a lot of employees recently due to the pandemic. The workload was already too high and now it's unbearable. 5. Too many HRs. I don't really understand what's the need of so many HRs!
