Cons
Don't trust what they say they'll pay in offer letter, they changed mine 4 days before joining, reduced the fixed salary saying variable has increased but that variable is nowhere to be seen in last one year. They changed the designation too without prior notice, I joined rather quickly and had no other offers at hand so got stuck but you try to avoid that situation . The Pros are really non existent in the corona WFH culture as you can't really get office pantry, office excursions, etc when you're at home also no hikes coz corona The company is too much dependent on a single client which if and when goes will cause a big shockwave. If you're joining to get some hands on experience on Data Science then look no further ! turn around while you still can because at best I have seen basic BI work and at worst you'll be made to do Data Engineering work and I've been part of 5 different teams in this time so trust me, I've seen what this company offers.
