-The CEO makes the company human and is approachable -Driven and passionate team and good leadership -Better capabilities than any of its analytics peers -Open to challenge the status quo and innovate all the time
Cons
This company has the potential to be the next Unicorn and yet it isn't. While innovating and pushing boundaries for its customers, they haven't done a good job with its marketing strategy. Unless the word is on the street, it would fail to realize its true potential and also will find it steeper to continue attracting the best talent as it grows in size.
