Sure money is fine but if that becomes the sole focus of a company then the long term health is sacrificed. Company willing to do anything and everything to make that next 100K or 50K however the core capabilities are often sacrificed. The founders are extremely insecure people and try to nickel and dime everyone at every turn. Too much internal backstabbing and cheap politics. Some folks on sales team will say anything and everything to make a sale and throw the delivery team under the bus
