      The team is the only positive thing in tree nation.

      Cons

      Complete caos. No strategy. No goals set. No info about budget. Info hidden. CEO and co ceo need managerial basic course and learn how to treat employees. Crazy finance for who treats people poorly. Lots of people were fired without proper justification. Worst work environment I have worked on.

      Pros

      Employees (apart from CEO) are great. Office is really nice and in 10-minute-walk to the beach.

      Cons

      As everybody mentioned, the CEO believes he is Elon Musk and he wants Google employees at the cost of a junior. He wants everybody to be perfect but he can only take decisions based on questions to chatGPT. When I left, employee historic rotation was higher than 50%, people was too burnout that even left from one day to another without noticing the CEO. Office is too hot in summer and cold in winter. Dogs are allowed in the building, so a lot of background noise.
