Cons
The turnover rate in this company is insane. They can hardly keep employees and many do not last past a year. You will see coworkers in tears (myself included) from the behavior of the managing director including being cursed out, insulted, mocked, shut-down, or because of micro-aggressions.
Your advancement in the company essentially depends on the feedback of one employee in the leadership team who will single-handly decide and judge your capabilities despite being unable to understand basic content your role involves.
Furthermore - when I say they struggle to keep employees, I sincerely mean it. Expect to constantly take on 2-3 roles beyond your own, in departments you’re not involved in or for roles above your position, with no extra compensation for months on end.
