Pros

Trauma, sleepless nights, panic attacks, anxiety.

Cons

A professional looks for a work place where he/she is motivated, appreciated for the work done, guided on mistakes and the work adds new skills to the employee's cap. However, it was very unfortunate experience where I was constantly reminded of what I lack and was contended to be unprofessional. The bosses claim to be concerned about the timely completion of work and following the big 4s policy of providing employees the freedom of work hours and work from home facilities. But when asked for a wfh the real bosses in them come out in a rude way. During my notice period I came to know about my pregnancy and inspite of providing the company with my doctors instructions of complete rest, no travel, no exertion due to my medical history, when I asked for immediate handover of my work, none of my bosses cared to have a communication and understand the situation. But instead it hit their egos and they held back my FNF salary for the last month served and my relieving documents. This behaviour was not restricted to me alone. Many more employees left the company due to their rude and unprofessional way of handling the employees. I believe in today's world people care equally about peace and respect at work place along with the pay and quality of work which was definitely lacking here. Most of the positive reviews here are manipulated by the management.
