Being part of an organization focused on environmental sustainability and community impact gave me a deep sense of purpose. • Professional Growth: I learned a lot during my time there especially in areas like sustainable agriculture, community development, and nonprofit program implementation. The experience broadened my perspective and helped me develop both technical and interpersonal skills. • Collaborative Team Culture: The team was passionate, supportive, and deeply committed to the cause. I appreciated the opportunity to work alongside people who genuinely care about the impact of their work.

• Compensation: Unfortunately, the pay did not reflect the level of responsibility and workload. While I valued the experience and growth, the compensation made it difficult to sustain long-term. • Limited Advancement Opportunities: There were few clear paths for upward mobility or significant pay increases, which made it challenging to see a long-term career trajectory within the organization.
