Pros
Wonderful people to work with. Beautiful campus. The general tone was always positive and upbeat. The department I worked in worked really well together.
Cons
There didn't always appear to be great communication between the departments and disciplines. Though there are always the usual means (email; voicemail; department meetings...), it seemed there was a lot of things that were missed between the departments, that could have been coordinated better.
