      Good benefits. Clinical staff hardworking and caring

      Cons

      Upper Management focuses more on getting patient numbers up but do not understand that giving quality care to dying patients and their families takes time. Frequent changes in clinical staff due to burnout.

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with. Beautiful campus. The general tone was always positive and upbeat. The department I worked in worked really well together.

      Cons

      There didn't always appear to be great communication between the departments and disciplines. Though there are always the usual means (email; voicemail; department meetings...), it seemed there was a lot of things that were missed between the departments, that could have been coordinated better.

      Management treats you like a number. Hard work will get you nowhere. It’s a revolving door.

      Cons

      Management, work load. Micromanaging. Managers harass you. Call you on your days off. Call you at night. No positive feedback only negative.
