Pros
Trellis as a company is really steering in the right direction, The leadership is brilliant, and there are people there that really care. Benefits are amazing, work life balance is good, and they really try to put people first. The head of HR is an amazing person, the CEO is engaged with all employees and the head of the savvy operations does really care. All this shows. You can easily make 6 figures here if you just show up to work and put even a little effort in. Just because it wasn’t a good fit for me. Doesn’t mean it’s not a good fit for everyone
Cons
call center metrics really make you feel like a number at times. Salary is a bit low for needing to be licensed in all states and knowing all the carriers. Too many ways to get your commission cut down, Changes come too quickly without consideration on how it will impact the agents. Some poor behaviors from agents really ruin it for good agents. No direct numbers and no building a pipeline. It’s just churn and burn for 8 hours day, Some agents thrive in this environment though.
