Pros

Great people working at Trellix, many of them for many years. They have enormous know-how about the products, have endured the rollercoaster this company has and is going through. Chapeau to all that have not given up yet! The management with new CEO Vishal is trying their best to get the ship back on course, this much is clear.

Cons

In reality, the post merger adjustments this company is going through year and year again are inconsistent and disruptive at best. Each year they come up with a new GTM plan, shuffling departments/responsibilities/territories and along the way so so many good people are either being let go (looks like company cost saving efforts) or decide to leave (because certain things happen, that are simply unjustifiable). The customers feel it, because they get a new point of contact every few months. This instability and inconsistency was the top 1 feedback I got from customers.

Pros

Some great people with collaboration.

Cons

Constant leadership changes and layoffs. Communication from leadership very inconsistent. Very metric vs people minded. They layoff people on paternity leave. Layoff people to hire new people at a lower pay rate. Metrics are unattainable due to technology not being ready, bad reputation in the industry, customer support lacking.
