      - New division president has laid off half the division and changed the entire culture - Incompetent leadership that led to layoffs remains in place - Leadership doesn't know who good and bad employees are - Processes are easy to get around and provide misleading data

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
