Pros

Really great employees make up the company Company culture The culture committee hosted some really great events during my time. I think it really brought the office together

Cons

I felt like I didn’t have a lot to do in my role The different divisions felt separate instead of unified. Not all the divisions got the same perks as HQ I wish there were more medical plan options such as HMOs Wish there were more training opportunities

Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

Cons

Stagnant roles with little room for growth due to hierarchy structure.

Cons

Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
