Thanks for the feedback. We are proud of achieving consistently high scores on teamwork between sales and construction on our homeowner surveys. Our leadership emphasizes collaboration between departments and that trickles down to the field as well. Our benefits are currently being reviewed by our parent company and enhancements to our programs are being investigated for the new year. Though our benefit plans are very competitive within our industry, our parent company understands the value of our employees and wants to continually improve on the benefit program offering so we can continue to attract and maintain a talented workforce. Our safety programs are stringent. We have watched them evolve over time. We are proud that we were one of the first residential home building companies to put safety programs in place and though they can be challenging we know we are doing the right thing by keeping the safety of our employees and our partners in building as a top priority.
