Thanks for the feedback. It is true that our industry is a challenging one. The company recognizes this which is why we attempt provide a fun environment with activities for employees and their families and are always looking to improve our perks and benefits, such as moving to a best in class vacation program and providing a compressed work week for our office employees. There are always changes when there is a transition to new ownership.
