Pros

Teaches you to work in a high pressure, high pace environment for very little money.

Cons

driving long distances Mon-Fri with no expenses covered. In the office at 6am and leaving the office at 7pm. some days you make $0 and some you make a couple hundred at most. It's a pyramid scheme.

Pros

When one goes to work, one usually goes to get their paycheck and go home; however, at Tri-State Sports you are working for an opportunity to change your life! The management training program allows one to grow not only professionally, but also mentally and personally. This company offers an amazing opportunity to anyone who is willing to put in the work to do what it takes to be successful. What you get out of the opportunity is what you put in, which means you determine your own success. Not only are you given the opportunity to become a successful business owner in 12 to 16 months, but you are supported by an entire team of people who are there to push you to be your best and achieve your goals. The organizational culture is amazing and you don’t only get to have great co-workers but meet some of your closest friends in the process!

Cons

There are no real cons to working at Tri-State. The job does require long hours and does test you both physically and mentally but it is to ensure your success as an entrepreneur and business professional. If one is willing to put in the work and embrace the opportunity given, all of it becomes part of the journey!
