Pros

You deal with good people overall.

Cons

Way understaffed and this leads to asking too much of its Field Techs. 10-18 hours shifts are the normal, not the rare.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, certain markets are in the midst of a hiring process, which can cause neighboring markets to cover more ground and work longer days. We try to moderate this and provide shorter days or additional days off in the week to compensate. It's rare that hourly employees exceed 50 hours in a week and any hours worked past the standard 40 hours per week will be paid at 1.5x hourly wage.

Pros

Honestly couldn't ask for a better group of people to spend the majority of my time with. The casual environment and president's open door policy make this a place I would turn down more money for. They believe in working with people to make them better rather than just cutting them loose. The pto is a lot more fair than other places I've worked

Cons

Tech hours can be inconsistent.

We agree that all training should be standardized, and this is one of our top priorities at the moment. We are also currently in the process of hiring more technicians to help regulate consistent hours for our technicians.
