Pros

Trialfacts is a place where the work actually matters - you see campaigns turn into real progress for studies and patients—and there’s tons of ownership without micromanaging. The team is smart and kind, feedback is part of the culture, and there’s plenty of room to experiment, learn fast, and scale what works.

Cons

A global team means some early/late calls—but it also gives real flexibility and sharpens communication. Things move and evolve quickly, which keeps work interesting and opens chances to improve processes.

Pros

Small company who really listens to their employees. Autonomy when it comes to your work, 100% remote positions.

Cons

Salary is lower than what you would find in the US right now, but the flexibility and 100% WFH status makes up for it.

Pros

There legitimately used to be several- Flexible Hours, Unlimited Leave, Great Work-Life Balance, Not an overwhelming workload - but all that changed in the last 6 months and I'm sure it's even worse now that they are in freefall

Cons

Very low pay No benefits Sham Contracting (they call every employee an independent contractor so they don't have to pay taxes and such, but expect employees - which they are - to work like employees. I'm currently working with the Australian Fair Work Ombudsman's office to report and have this investigated) Incompetent Coworkers Missed Pay Racist (Anti-American) Hiring/Firing Practices Constant Lies From Leadership If you look at the previous reviews, you'll see that most of the great ones are from about 2 years ago. Things were great then (with some exceptions). In the last year though, a company called Build Clinical has been outcompeting them and taking most of their big clients. Business is tanking, and they just recently fired a huge chunk of their employees. If you apply here, know that you will likely not have a job within 6 months. Also know that a lot of those great reviews were due to the company pushing employees to go post great reviews after getting a negative one. They then grilled people on what they put in their reviews if they didn't like it and could guess who you were. Further, if you are actually competent at your job and care, expect to be grossly overworked as their answer to one person/team being awful at their job is to just foist it off onto someone else, with no additional compensation for the extra work (despite that whole "independent contractor" thing which should prevent that). Finally, if you are American, or live in a country that has a modern cost of living and a currency stronger than the AUD, do not even bother applying. They've already made it clear that they will only hire cheap labor from South Africa or Philippines (their policy, not mine).

Thank you for your feedback. We value all perspectives and would like to clarify how Trialfacts operates and the values we uphold. Competitive Pay and Benefits: We’re committed to supporting our global team with a fair and comprehensive total rewards and benefits package. Independent contractors receive unlimited paid leave, parental leave (17 weeks), covered transaction fees, and equipment support. Records show some contractors have taken more than 50 days of paid time off within 10 months this year, demonstrating our commitment to flexibility within the independent contractor framework. Independent Contracting and Payroll: Trialfacts operates transparently, with independent agreements that comply fully with tax and legal requirements. In the many years that Trialfacts has been in business, payroll has never been missed. On rare occasions, brief delays (under 24 hours) occurred due to financial platform issues—not due to missed payments. Global Structure and Compliance: Trialfacts operates with full confidence in its hiring practices and contractor agreements, which comply with all applicable laws and regulations. As a global company with team members across seven countries, Trialfacts values diversity and makes decisions based solely on operational requirements and performance metrics. The team's average tenure is 2.5 years, with 10% of former team members returning and 26% expressing interest in rejoining, demonstrating the strength of our culture and mission. Commitment to Excellence: Recent restructuring was implemented to strengthen collaboration and efficiency, but we made sure to take care of those affected with severance pay and fully waiving outstanding equipment loans regardless of the amount. The company supports team growth through regular performance reviews and tailored development support. The flexible, remote model allows team members to thrive while contributing to our goal of "Good Health for All." in clinical trial recruitment. With a clear strategy and dedicated team, we are confident in Trialfacts' direction and success. Our continuous growth in clinical trial recruitment, and strong client partnerships demonstrate our solid foundation and ability to sustain long-term success. We appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving and wish success to all past and present team members in their endeavors.
