      Wonderful people. Lovely atmosphere. Great banter & feeling part of a family. Some big name customers. Trigg very strong in media and retail media.

      Cons

      Process and governance opportunities for improvement but this is typical for a company this size.

      Can't think of a positive about the company

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. - Overworked - Overpromise to clients and not able to deliver quality - Senior Management has no experience in running a consultancy - Lack of process - Expectations through the roof, want people to work like robots - Not much of a culture, want to be a cool company but have the worst staff retention rate in the market
