      -Pay for your Salesforce certifications -Did a great job encouraging employees to attain more certifications.

      Cons

      -Lacked structure and vision of where the company was going and how it was going to get there. -Toxic work environment and blame culture.

      Being able to work autonomously on projects of various sizes Working with senior team members to set the standard Approachable CEO / MD Social events - now and again Plenty of snacks Decent office space

      Cons

      Best intentions barely amount to anything in terms of improving the company No functional HR team Questionable disciplinary procedures Management claim to take suggestions on-board but it's down to teams to drive them forward
