      Pros

      Small company, 'homey' atmosphere. Management works with schedule when needed. Extra 'fun' activities involving all/part of the company. Work with little supervision.

      Cons

      Office space needs to be completely refurbished. Apparently company has been at same location for 18 years with no improvement/changes to the 'look' making it 'shabby'. Small company, when others are out might have to pitch in and take on additional responsibility.

      Pros

      Small company that is very profitable and successful and works with major Fortune 500 companies. I have had the ability to work with many customers and their executives. Company has been extremely generous when I have had personal situations which needed attention. When the company was sold, although not an owner, the company provided me with a very generous bonus. I have had the opportunity to do considerable travel for company functions and customer events. The Company has been very flexible with my work schedule. Management is very accessible, open, and transparent.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to wear many hats. Office needs a refurb.
