This company is trash. It has changed so much and all for the worst. Preach that people come first...well that's not true when they said the company was growing and now half the portfolio is being sold and people only have jobs through the holidays. Happy holidays! Work here if you want to be lied to and used so they can sell the property and pull out of your market while preaching to you that they are expanding and there are more opportunities. Its all lies. The culture has become so toxic it is ridiculous. There is an inner clique and if you aren't loyal to their bad behavior, you are out. Management does not care about the onsite teams and treat them as disposable. This company only cares about looks and perceptions of the company. They send corporate team members to sites to find out information...encouraging team members to drink and gossip...and then use it against the teams. They don't care about people at all...I've seen really great people leave because of it. All that's left are the toxic ones.
