Fun work culture, good people to work with

Cons

People would get fired all the time for random reasons, so everyone felt constantly on edge. Company grew too fast and now shrinking even faster - sold portfolio and laid off majority of company

Everything about Trilogy is amazing. The owner is one of the most caring and special people I’ve ever met. The salary is very fair and the culture is 2nd to none. They definitely care about their employees and treat them like family.
