- Very generous discounts on additional products
-very community driven and charitable
- allowed you to be a part of the business like you were the owner
Cons
- When Trina stepped away from the business, the company culture changed to all business, and the brand loss their appeal as a small brand and culture. It no longer was about the customer and the team experience, but about investors and how to benefit them. Teams no longer had ability to give feedback on allocation, and they started closing locations without telling teams they were closing until the last minute. The company lost the ethics that made them a great place to work in the first place.
