      - Amazing client list - Hands on experience from day one helps to develop yourself, the most technical skills development I have experience in my career - Great compensation package based on performance - Work life balance flexibility

      Cons

      - Travelling - if you don't enjoy travelling at all, the role might not be for you - Rapid growth in Trindent leads to changes which is not everyone's cup of tea, you need to rise above the difficult environment it creates to realise your full potential

      Pros

      Great talent working here. Organized on the day to day of a project.

      Cons

      Horrible administration. Have at least $8K free on your credit card before you start working here. Expenses are paid 3 weeks later. No regards for your personal finances. Work life balance is not true. You’ll be doing busy work until the very end, micromanaged by everyone. Type A people overreacting, unmanageable deadlines. They will cheap out on everything they can. No retirement.
