Not a good place - EMT Trinity EMS Employee Review

Busy 911 system, great experience, management and supervisors care for employees. Friendly co-workers . Top equipment and trucks. Trinity is known in the area as the best private company.

Low pay compared to other companies in the area.

Can't think of any at this time other than it's a paycheck.

1. Salary- no OT, no PTO 2. You will be their "female dog", they say they care because that's what you want to hear but they care about the company making money not you. 3. Terrible benefits 4. It's a buddy system advancement, it's all in who you know and how much you're willing to pucker up.
