Pros
Get a littl bit of hands on medical experience, then run for the door ASAP.
Cons
Lowest paid company in the area by far, management couldn’t care less about you, half the supervisors won’t lift a finger to help you if you need it.

Can't think of any at this time other than it's a paycheck.
Cons
1. Salary- no OT, no PTO 2. You will be their "female dog", they say they care because that's what you want to hear but they care about the company making money not you. 3. Terrible benefits 4. It's a buddy system advancement, it's all in who you know and how much you're willing to pucker up.
