      Pros

      Fantastic environment. Great colleagues. Supportive management and HR team. Modern and central office. Good communication across sites worldwide. Nice work/life balance with managers offering flexibility where possible. Great development system, with consistent 121s with management, and clear reviews with opportunities to advance if you would like.

      Cons

      Removed free soft drinks from office, which whilst not a huge deal, were a nice extra bonus. Pay discrepancy between staff in the same roles can be seen as an issue.

      regular wfh is good, and the food is quite deliclious around company.
