      Pros

      All mycolleagues are very kind and friendly, I enjoy very much the team vibe & ambience in the office . My line management is good and clear, working with this team helps me to learn and to grow everyday.

      Cons

      HQ should be more generous in terms of base salary and/or incentive, since the business is growing rapidly after the pandemic.
