I was quite disappointed with my experience using Trip.com. The organization was severely lacking, and their handling of customers was poor. When issues arose, they showed no concern for the customers' well-being or satisfaction. It felt like they didn't care about us at all. I would not recommend using this service

regular wfh is good, and the food is quite deliclious around company.

Cons

lack of clear promotion paths, fast-paced environment.
