One of the best things about this company is the opportunities for growth—you can progress no matter your background, as long as you’re willing to learn and work hard. Management is supportive and always encourages development, providing plenty of upskilling opportunities to help you succeed. The company atmosphere is positive and welcoming, making it a great place to work. If you’re looking for a role where you can build a career in the travel industry, this is a fantastic place to be.
Cons
While the company offers great opportunities for growth and upskilling, I believe the yearly salary reviews do not always keep up with inflation. Additionally, career progression is limited for fully remote workers, even if they consistently deliver great results. All Level 2 positions require employees to be in the office or hybrid, which can be a disadvantage for those who prefer or need to work remotely.
