Pros

Perks, christmas party prizes for free trips, no micromanaging from managers, opportunities to go to travel shows, many ( not all) good support in the back end of the company to assist with changes on bookings and/or air. There are a few managers, I can't speak about all, but mine was very nice and understanding. Mentor i was set up with was also very nice.

Cons

in my particular office, super toxic colleagues. No overtime when staying back to work on clients files or if needing to wait for a supplier on the phone. Waited 7+ hours a few times... resulting leaving office past midnight.

I enjoy working with the people at the job because the hours are good, the schedule is very flexible, and overall, it's been a great learning experience for me.

Cons

Nothing in their control - a great company.

Pros

Regional manager and owner very approachable and easy to talk to...but the entire company needs a major overhaul in its compensation package

Cons

Targets are unrealistic if you work regular hours. Enormous pressure to work overtime to meet the targets and there is no overtime pay!
