They pay promptly every week via PayPal, and you can keep track of your earnings per week as you work so that you know what to expect.
Cons
Lack of communication, incorrect communication, misleading information, constantly changing rules and inconsistent methods of contact. Meetings will be scheduled and the details never explained so that half of the team misses it. Employees are blamed for "ignoring" emails never received. They changed writing/editing platforms three times while I was there and communication platforms twice--but none of it worked reliably and there were constant outages, preventing us from doing any work. They care more about the number of articles they approve than they do the quality of those articles and hire terrible writers/editors so they can pay them pennies. The rules for the projects are constantly changing but changes are never adequately communicated (and then employees are blamed for "not seeing" things that were never sent or posted). They let me go twice without ever informing me; the first time they put a project on hold and stopped contacting me, and when I asked them for a status update they informed me that I was removed but added me back; the second time I was locked out of (yet another) new writing platform and only informed after asking them why I couldn't get in. I had such an unpleasant experience working with them, I would never consider going back nor recommending it to anyone.
