      Pros

      There is a lot room to do the improvement , so it will challenging for our self to growth. Salary was better than other companies.

      Cons

      No Holiday, even sunday or public holiday we have to work. So no work life balance, it make us thinking twice.. because we need time also for our family.

      Totally consider that this company has a healthy environment, always puts employee welfare first, and there's always room to grow; there's no gap between the hierarchical structure
