There is a lot room to do the improvement , so it will challenging for our self to growth. Salary was better than other companies.

Cons

No Holiday, even sunday or public holiday we have to work. So no work life balance, it make us thinking twice.. because we need time also for our family.

too many politics, have to work extra hours, you will get a lot of pressure from the Board of Directors.
