      High tech company working on a cool problem - Data/Software Engineering Triton Research Employee Review

      Pros

      Tech team has a lot of freedom to influence the company and product direction. Small team where everyone is clearly passionate about the company and vision (big change from my last company). Team is flexible about things like working remotely (though the office is pretty sweet), and have been staring some cool new company perks/activities (drone battles!)

      Cons

      Hours can be pretty rough, but that's to be expected at a startup I guess. The software/database/product configs/etc are changing very fast so there was a bit of a learning curve in getting caught up.

      Pros

      Everybody at Triton is very friendly and genuinely wants you to succeed as an intern, and are more than willing to help you in terms of networking.

      Cons

      It is a small office and a startup, so compensation is not stellar.
