High tech company working on a cool problem

Pros
Tech team has a lot of freedom to influence the company and product direction. Small team where everyone is clearly passionate about the company and vision (big change from my last company). Team is flexible about things like working remotely (though the office is pretty sweet), and have been staring some cool new company perks/activities (drone battles!)
Cons
Hours can be pretty rough, but that's to be expected at a startup I guess. The software/database/product configs/etc are changing very fast so there was a bit of a learning curve in getting caught up.
