Pros
I work in business development here at Triton, and I can say for a certainty that this is a place to learn and grow and develop as a professional. The executive team has invested in my professional education, including hiring a trainer to come and help me to continue to develop my skill set. The fact that the company looks at employees as resources to develop, is definitely something that helps to foster a strong team environment. I love the team I work with, and am excited to grow with the company.
Cons
I don't know if this qualifies as a con: but we expect hard work, and prize mission accomplishment (mostly because of the strong team of veterans and reserve military at the management/ executive level). Sometimes that means working late and under short dead-lines. But, if you prize those things as well, you accept it as part of the job, and are willing to work hard, you will be rewarded and appreciated. It's not a place for the faint of heart... but then again, those aren't the sort of people I'd want to work with anyway.
