Hr doesn’t care about you there, a lot of line leaders like to nitpick, got pointed out the door by my old boss there who would constantly say I was late even though I was there the same time as everyone else and she always tried her hardest to find something to get onto me about at one point going so far as to have someone else look at my shoes to tell me I couldn’t wear them when she herself couldn’t find anything wrong with them and had to buy new work boots the next day in place of the new work shoes I had gotten which were up to code in every way except that it didn’t go up high enough to be covering my ankles fully.
