Pros

Good pay and bonus opportunities for management, they will hire anyone.....

Cons

They work 6 days a week for most of the year and dictate the ways in which the management can use their vacation, ie "No management can have two consecutive weeks off, if we don't need you for two weeks, we don't need you at all." They have more carpal tunnel and trigger finger issues than any company in the industry, yet continue to increase production speeds. The equipment is over taxed without proper downtime for preventitive maintenance. Most of the associates that work there are not english speaking, yet the company does not retain proper translators so the communication is subpar. The hourly wage is below industry standard by several dollars and the cafeteria is disgusting and expensive.
