      Pros

      Hourly employees are the back bone of the plant and it shows. A great group of people. Being a union plant is a plus. The union keeps the management on the level.

      Cons

      For those not accustomed to it, The work is often very hot or very cold. A very noisy atmosphere with much personal hazards.
